DTF One supplies printed DTF transfers and gang sheets on carrier film. Garments, heat presses, and application equipment are not included unless expressly stated. Apparel imagery shows application examples. You are responsible for choosing suitable garments, testing, pressing, and care.

Provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, artwork, size, and quantity information. Prices are displayed in the storefront currency; shipping and applicable tax are shown before payment. Production starts after a complete, paid, print-ready order.

We can correct obvious errors, seek clarification, or decline an order for payment, availability, legal, or rights-related reasons. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount is refunded. An order acknowledgment is not a guarantee of a delivery date.

You must own or have permission to reproduce submitted artwork. You authorize reproduction for fulfillment and are responsible for file quality, content, spelling, dimensions, orientation, quantities, and layout. See artwork ownership and responsibility.

Allow 1–3 business days for production after a complete order, plus carrier transit. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Review shipping and delivery.

Changes or cancellation require confirmation before production begins. Printed custom orders cannot be canceled for a change of mind. See cancellation timing.

Inspect transfers before applying the full order. Report defects, shortages, or damage within 7 days of receipt and retain unused transfers and packaging. We assess evidence and provide an appropriate resolution for confirmed production errors or eligible damage.

Customer artwork errors, unsuitable garments, and incorrect application are not production defects. See returns and issue resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Do not misuse the storefront, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access. Keep account credentials private. Third-party services and links have their own terms and privacy practices.

DTF One branding and original storefront content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Product descriptions and guidance can be updated; the order details accepted for your purchase remain the reference for that order.
