These volume-order terms cover apparel DTF transfers. Prepare artwork, sizes and quantities for a launch, team program or repeat apparel run. See the pricing page for separate UV transfer and sheet prices.
Who this is for
Apparel brands, decorators, clubs, and businesses ordering repeated designs or larger quantities. You supply the artwork and garments; we supply printed transfers. A resale account is not required to ask for a volume quote.
Send a production brief
Include each artwork file name, finished width and height, quantity, preferred ordering method, delivery postal code, and required date. For sheets, include sheet dimensions, sheet count, and whether you will build or supply the layout.
Keep the brief in a simple list. Distinguish exact repeats from revised artwork so the correct version reaches production.
Volume pricing
Individual-transfer volume quotes for the same design and size start at 25 copies: 10% at 25–49, 15% at 50–99, and 20% at 100 or more against listed prices. Sheet runs are quoted by dimensions and count. See the price ladder.
Shipping and tax are separate. A quote confirms the scope and schedule before payment; a requested delivery date is not a delivery guarantee.
Keep reorders repeatable
Retain your approved master artwork, exact dimensions, previous order number, blank-garment details, and successful press settings. Review all of them when the blank or artwork changes.
