DTF ONE / PRODUCTION + SHIPPING

Transfer production and shipping

Production and carrier transit are separate stages. Apparel DTF production is estimated at 1–3 business days; UV DTF at 1 business day after a complete, paid, print-ready order.

When production starts

A complete order includes payment, usable artwork, finished dimensions, and quantities. Missing information or a file correction pauses production until resolved. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Large or complex runs receive a schedule with your order brief.

Plan a UV DTF order

Allow an estimated 1 business day for UV DTF production after payment and receipt of complete, print-ready files, dimensions and quantities. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Missing information or artwork corrections can extend the schedule.

Carrier transit starts after dispatch and is additional. This is a production estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date. For a time-sensitive project, ask about the required date before committing to an event.

Shipping services and charges

Available shipping services and charges are shown before payment based on the destination and package. Tax, where applicable, is additional. A faster carrier service shortens the transit portion only; it does not bypass production.

Protective packing

DTF transfers protected in a sleeve beside a kraft mailer and shipping carton.

Apparel transfers are packed flat or rolled according to their dimensions, protected from creasing and moisture. Open all transfer packages carefully; follow the supplied storage instructions.

Tracking your order

Dispatch information is sent to the email used for the order. Use the tracking link in the shipping notification or order-status page. The first carrier scan can follow label creation. See Track order for next steps.

Addresses and delivery estimates

Check the complete delivery address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and email before payment. Contact us immediately about an error; once an order is dispatched, changes depend on the carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, peak periods, customs, and carrier disruptions can extend transit. Include your required date when asking about a time-sensitive order; do not schedule an event around an unconfirmed delivery date.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking stops, shows an exception, or says delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery location and household first, then contact us with your order number and tracking details. Keep damaged packaging and photograph the outer label, package, and transfers.

Report damage, shortages, or print issues within 7 days of receipt. We assess the order and carrier information and explain the available resolution. Read the issue-resolution process.

The Help form accepts written details. Include accessible photo links if available and keep original images for the support conversation.
