For apparel DTF, you approve the artwork, we supply printed transfers, and you apply them to your garments. These production notes describe the apparel process.
Production starts after payment and receipt of complete, print-ready artwork, sizes, and quantities. Files are reproduced as supplied. Check spelling, resolution, transparency, orientation, and layout before submission.
Keep the artwork checklist with your order details. File approval remains yours; visible-defect checks cover the printed transfer.
Printing and white ink
Color is printed onto carrier film with a white backing layer to support the artwork on garments. Small details and transparent effects need careful preparation; the white layer is why clean edges matter.
Adhesive and curing
Heat-activated adhesive is applied to the printed artwork and cured to prepare the transfer for garment application. The transfer remains on carrier film for handling and positioning.
Visible-defect checks
Transfers are checked for visible print defects, missing print areas and obvious handling damage. You approve the artwork, spelling, rights, dimensions, repeat counts and layout before submission.
Artwork, ink, film and garment affect the result. Screen colors are a guide, not an exact printed-color guarantee. If an order appears wrong, send the file and transfer details for review.
Packing and dispatch
Individual transfers and sheets are protected against creases and moisture, packed flat or rolled according to size. Production takes 1–3 business days after a complete, paid, print-ready order. Tracking follows dispatch. Carrier transit is additional.
Your final application
Use a heat press, test the intended blank, and follow the supplied pressing and peel instructions. Even pressure and a suitable garment are essential. Keep the successful settings for repeat runs.
