Only submit artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. Your files, dimensions, and quantities define the custom work we produce.
By submitting artwork for an order, you authorize DTF One and the service providers involved in fulfillment to reproduce it for that order. You retain your rights in your original artwork. Submission is not permission for us to use your design in public marketing.
You are responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, permissions, spelling, content, resolution, transparency, colors, size, orientation, and layout. Obtain permission for third-party logos or artwork before ordering.
Production reproduces the supplied file. Background boxes, unwanted guides, low-resolution edges, and incorrect dimensions are part of the submitted artwork unless corrected before production. Visible-defect checks do not include redesign, legal review, or proofreading.
We can decline artwork or orders that infringe rights or contain unlawful content. Keep your editable source and final print file. Artwork storage is not an archival service. Contact us about a rights concern or a request concerning your submitted files.
