BENCH NOTES / REPEAT RUNS

Prepare a repeat transfer order

Start with the approved file and your application notes. Confirm the transfer family, sizes, quantities and intended garment or hard surface before repeating an order.

For an exact repeat

Keep the previous order number, supplied print file, design name, finished dimensions, and quantity. Confirm that the artwork is the approved version and that the garment or object and placement still match.

A previous order does not replace a retained artwork master. Save the editable source and final transparent export in your own files.

For a changed design or size

Treat a revision as new artwork. Recheck resolution at the new finished size, small text, transparency, and proportions. For a gang sheet, inspect every repeat and cutting gap after editing.

Use the requirements for your transfer family: apparel artwork or UV artwork. For a UV sheet, use the current 22-inch canvas width, listed length, 300 ppi export and 0.25 in cutting gaps; recheck a competitor layout before reuse.

Prepare the reorder brief

List what stays the same and what changes, then include your delivery needs. Use Contact for help locating order details or organizing a repeat run. Artwork and quantity are reviewed again before payment.
