Build a DTF gang sheet
Separate files. A layout you control.
Start with individual artwork files, then arrange them in the builder. You receive a printed gang sheet on carrier film, just as you would with finished-sheet upload.

Set the sizes and repeats; leave room to cut between designs.
THE ORDER / A WORKED EXAMPLE
Loose artwork. A sheet you arrange.
Start with separate files and plan their finished sizes and repeat counts. You decide where every design sits in the separate builder app.

Sample brief: two files, eight prints.
Six 3 × 3 in roundels and two 6 × 4 in speed graphics, all at final size. Keep the transparent source files and count the required repeats.

Arrange a 22 × 12 in sheet · $12.
Place and repeat each design yourself. Leave at least 0.25 in between artwork edges, keep everything inside the sheet boundary, and leave room to cut.

Check the full layout.
Check dimensions, repeats, spelling, clear backgrounds, and the sheet boundary. A repeat-order decorator can keep a copy of the final layout for the next run.
Printed, cured, checked
Color and white ink on film, with heat-activated adhesive. Checked for visible print defects.
Production + transit
Allow 1–3 business days for production, then carrier transit. Production begins with a complete, paid, print-ready order.
Protected in transit
Transfers packed flat or rolled, with protection against creases and moisture.

When should I choose the builder?
Choose Build gang sheet when you want to arrange your separate designs into a sheet before ordering.
Do several designs mean I need the builder?
No. Transfer by size also covers one or more designs. Use the builder when you want to create the sheet layout yourself.
Do builder and upload produce different transfers?
Builder and finished-sheet upload produce equivalent printed DTF gang sheets at the same sheet-price basis. Use the builder to arrange separate files; use finished-sheet upload for a complete layout. Artwork style and design count do not decide the method.
